This journaling exercise will help you find peace and let go of negative emotions.
We can flip our mindset to see the good, and from a place of gratitude we can heal our own sadness, anger, and disappointment– and in many cases, this exercise might spark creative resolutions, or bring yourself back to a state of love for whatever it was that was upsetting you.
For the record, I am not by any means suggesting that you spend time in a bad situation. However I am suggesting you make peace with whatever is bothering you– in your heart, so that you can no longer allow the feelings of the upset to derail or consume any more of your energy.
There is no benefit to holding on to anger. And despair and stress are known to be very bad for both your physical and emotional well being.
This episode is meant to bring you to a state of freedom from the negative emotions you might be holding on to- so that you can pick yourself back up and move on.
