Today on the Let Yourself Sparkle Podcast, I share the importance of doing the things that you know lift your spirits and make you feel happier– EVEN IF you are not in the mood to do those things right now. Is it toxic positivity? Nope. It’s self care. There are some things we should push ourselves to do– even if we feel like they are out of alignment with how we are currently feeling, because we know that they will make us feel even a little better in the not so distant future, and sticking with these things, and consistently doing more of those scientifically proven things that are known to bring people joy- will have major effects on your well being. You will feel magically transformed.
