Today on the Let Yourself Sparkle Podcast,  I talk about how how to lift yourself up a little when you are burnt out and drained.

I’m exhausted. We had a wonderful vacation these last couple of days, but this morning packing up and leaving was difficult, our kids were upset that the trip was over and then our car broke down. I’ve been getting a lot less sleep than normal, and  hadn’t taken my vitamins for the last couple days, because I forgot to pack them, so I’m feeling drained and fatigued, and then I heard some devastating news and it made me really sad.

I almost didn’t record anything tonight, but I took some deep breaths, took a minute to think about all the lovely moments from our trip, and about what I’m grateful for, and it made me feel a little better and fueled me with the energy to post this.
